@LittleMiss715, listen carefully to what he says. He's talking about his real, personal experiences in China. He's stressed because he's obviously never had these strange things happen to him before. Being an foreigner in China, his experiences--especially in the beginning--would be very different from those of a Chinese person. This doesn't make him a "dick" or a "retard". He is (or was) just going through culture shock. He also mentions another video of his called, "What I LOVE About China."

He also has a video entitled, "What I LOVE About China!" He's just going through culture shock, which happens to almost everyone in this situation. When a person spends much time in a country with a very different cultural/political/economic/linguistic environment, there will be culture shock, but people do get over it.
